They are equipped with knowledge to differentiate different insurance healthcare plans, to ensure a right coverage of the patient in-line with the insurance that is acceptable to your practice.

Billing: As medical billers, our Virtual Assistants are experts in creating accurate, formally correct claims, checking for accuracy in transaction reports, and creating bills for patients. They are trained to pay close attention to detail while processing claims prior to sending over to the payers (insurances). Our Virtual Assistants have demonstrated competency in processing claims through clearinghouses, prior to forwarding to the payers. They have been trained and mastered the SOAP format, which is one of the clinical standards of taking progress notes. They are experts in listening and typing skills, and are able to catch and provide complete notes in a timely manner. They have been trained, and demonstrate proficiency to tae progress notes using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
